Designed wiStatement Regarding False and Defamatory Claims

I, Ken Klocke, submit the following statement regarding the conduct of Sona Rikye. Without justification or factual basis, Ms. Rikye filed false police reports containing fabricated allegations against me. Specifically, she alleged that I had family affiliation with the Ku Klux Klan and that I threatened to have them harm her and her family. She further alleged that I stated I would go home, retrieve a .45 caliber firearm, and return to shoot her and her establishment.

These statements are entirely false, malicious, and defamatory. I never made any such remarks, nor have I ever engaged in conduct of the nature alleged. The reports were knowingly false and appear to have been made with the intent to damage my personal and professional reputation.

The defamation to my character is real, significant, and has caused me emotional distress. Ms. Rikye’s actions demonstrate a reckless disregard for the truth and constitute an intentional effort to cause harm to my reputation and standing in the community
